I think it's not enough that you get an abundant supply of vegetables on a regular basis. You have to need to know what to do with it. If you will not arm yourself with all kinds of different recipes, you risk letting most of it go to waste. Me, on a personal note, if I will be given such an enormous supply, I won't think twice about juicing everything. I think it's the most ancient yet at the same time most underrated but very effective go to drug for all kinds of diseases which is mostly just caused by malnutrition.
