Sorry, we've had to close down our "Pop Up Market" in McHenry due to lack of customers. We'll keep thinking of places we may be more successful! Thanks to those who came and supported us!

In as much as I will strongly suggest that every community and each household should be self sufficient when it comes to food, I don't agree that anyone should employ industrial equipments. The right machinery would have to be just enough to produce supplies to sustain you and your family. Anything in excess with the sole intent of producing just to sell should be discouraged. Unless it is being produced so it can be distributed to calamity struck areas, it's pointless to grow your food independently if we are going to copy the start up models of overconsumption which we are trying to eradicate. Nothing should go to waste.
